Metacara is a modern relationship in the form of music.  Kyla & Vince first met in their college indie band that triumphed in basement shows across Pittsburgh, PA.  They eventually fell in love and decided to expand that love by starting their own music project together.  Thus, Metacara was born.  The lofi pop vocal production and lyrical storytelling set against dusty guitar cadences and low-end-heavy production lets you view a familiar, nostalgic feeling through a new lens.  Their influences range from Men I Trust, Phantogram and Grimes to Kaytranada, Clams Casino and Kanye West.  The resulting sound is ethereal, head bobby and seductive.  They continue to grow and connect with their audience through a steady outpour of lofi hip-hop remixes / covers, coupley moments and visual stories on social media / youtube.
